Join us for our summer unaffiliated dressage series. We will be holding four competitions over the coming months on the following Sundays:

Each month there will be one Intro test split juniors (up to 16yrs) and seniors, two prelims and a novice. Points are awarded for placings with amazing prizes up for grabs for the overall winners at the end of the series.
We are trialling a lead rein class independent of the series at the start of the day. This is for children on the lead rein to introduce them to Dressage in a relaxed and friendly environment. Entries won't be counted in the series but a participation rosette will be given to each child. The test can be downloaded below:
This will also be a BCPS DRESSAGE CHAMPIONSHIPS QUALIFIER
The intro, prelim and novice classes are qualifiers for the British Connemara Pony Society’s Dressage championships and will be held at Moreton Morrell on Friday 16th July, full details to be found on the BCPS website at http://www.britishconnemaras.co.uk/shows-competitions/shows/dressage-championship/ qualifiers are open to pure and partbred registered Connemaras.
To qualify for the BCPS Dressage Championships you must come either 1st or 2nd in your arena or post a score of 65% or above. Please indicate on your entry that you wish to be entered for this qualifier
The Lead rein and Junior Intro classes will take place in our indoor arena with all other tests in our outdoor arena under BD rules. Parking will be around the outdoor arena and adjacent paddock.
Please follow our guidelines on the day to ensure everyone is kept safe. We ask you to:
- Only bring one essential helper (two for children)- no spectators.
- regularly use the hand sanitiser located at the entrance and arena gates
- keep two meters apart from those outside your household
WITHDRAWALS ~ are to be confirmed in email to brandles@rda.org.uk by mid day on the 27th may 2021. Refunds will be given up to this time, once times have been released we won't be able to issue a refund unless the entry can be replaced.
TIMES ~ will be available here and on Facebook Friday 28th 10:00am (see test times for aproximate time)
DRESS CODE – Competition attire. Please bring your own bib and print your own number (rider number will be available with times)
We will have a volunteer at each gate to reduce touch points so you should be able to turn up, ride and leave swiftly after your test with minimal contact. You will need to print/ bring your own competitor numbers.
Scores will be available online throughout the day, any sheets with rosettes will be posted out to you after the event. Any other dressage sheets will be scanned and sent to the competitor or can be picked up from the yard the following week.
