SHOWING CLASSES RULES
1. All attending must be kind and courteous to other competitors, volunteers, judges and staff members. We have a zero-tolerance policy on bullying and expect all attending to follow the rules.
2. The organisers & landowners do not accept any liability for damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, or personal property.
3. Hard hats to current BSI Standards must be worn at all times when mounted, it is also highly recommended for leaders to wear suitable helmets and gloves.
4. The Organisers reserve the right to alter, add to or cancel any class, and to refuse any entry without stating a reason. If we deem your horse unsafe or not uncomfortable we will ask you to leave the arena.
5. No Misuse of the whip, spurs, equipment will be allowed.
6. All horses/ponies must have had a flu vaccination within 12 months of the competition and not within the 7 days prior to the event. Please be aware you MUST bring your Horses PASSPORT with you to be checked upon arrival.
7. Horses/Ponies must wear correct coloured ribbons in class to communicate to other riders
8. Horses must not be left unattended whilst tied up to your lorry/trailer.
9. Any hay fed must be tidied up before leaving the Centre
10. All dogs must be kept on the lead at all times and cannot enter the arena.
11. Please pick up any droppings using large tub buckets available.
12. No smoking or vaping on site - we have a bike shelter front of main office where this is permitted.

WITHDRAWALS ~ can be made online through your account up until 48hrs before the event start time. Refunds will be given up to this time, or if the entry can be replaced.
